About Us

Rowin Capital possesses extensive industry experience spanning diverse real estate classes. Based in New York City, our founders and principals have collectively acquired and managed over 2,000 apartments, with experience in real estate transactions exceeding $1 billion. We have successfully acquired and exited investments in many different markets, including assets in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States.
